2. The "small dining table” should be located below the third floor of the building. The building should meet the structural safety requirements and must not be an industrial plant, basement, storage building or illegal building. The construction area of the “small dining table” venue should be more than 100 square meters, the area of the dining venue should be less than 50 square meters, and the per capita construction area of lunch students should be more than 4 square meters.

3. The "small dining table” shall be staffed according to the number of lunch-care students. If there are less than 25 lunch-care students, it shall be staffed with more than 2 staff; for every additional 10 lunch-care students, 1 staff member shall be added accordingly.

4. In accordance with the work requirements of “Ming Kitchen bright stove”, the “small dining table” should install monitoring equipment, connect with the electronic supervision platform of the market supervision and administration department, and build a “sunshine Kitchen”.
