Means of publicity: Mainstream media, public places and online platforms shall not carry out advertisements for off-campus training, shall not carry out commercial advertisements in primary and secondary schools, kindergartens, shall not publish advertisements in teaching materials, teaching aids, stationery, school uniforms, etc., and investigate and deal with all kinds of advertisements that cause anxiety among parents.

2. Quality education
