I used to be a teacher in a training institution myself. After working in this education industry for a while, I felt that this industry was good and I could make money, so I wanted to go out and do it alone. After I did it by myself, it was not as easy as I thought. I was doing video tutoring all the time, but I always felt it was almost meaningless. After thinking about it, I feel that I still have to find a brand to join, so it can save some worry and be more standardized.

With this plan in mind, I started looking for a more reliable brand. In the process of searching on the Internet, I found that there are several educational brands in Wuhan, including the brand “Tongxinyuan Composition”. Of course, there are also foreign brands, but because I am in Wuhan myself, I plan to investigate these brands in Wuhan first.

Exploring the store (February 9, 2016)

I took a look at the brands that I was optimistic about on the Internet. I also went to their headquarters to check the situation, and some went to their physical campus to check the situation. In the process of on-site inspection, it was found that the franchise fees of some brands are very low, but you can find that their teachers are not good; there are also high fees, and each project has to be charged, which is not very good. During the period, I also went to a campus of “Tongxinyuan Composition”. There must be more than 700 people in this campus, and it looks pretty good when you look at it. I also look at the circle of friends sent by their brand every day, and I think the strength should be ok, so I am considering this brand in my heart.

Contract (May 1, 2016)

From the beginning of my search for a brand on the Internet, to the inspection of the physical store of the headquarters, to the final signing of the contract, the time between the front and the back has to be half a year. Others may not generally spend such a long time like me. The reason why it takes so long is that I originally did it alone, and I have to carefully consider whether I want to join or not, and whether it is suitable for joining. These issues have to be considered; Second, I have inspected several brands at the same time, whichI also have to carefully observe and compare several brands to see which one suits me best.

After such a long time of consideration, after comparing the courses, services and professional level, I finally chose to sign the “Tongxinyuan Composition”. Most of the other brands I looked at before, most of them have their own expressions and exaggerate themselves too much. In the process of in-depth understanding, the other party's sales are just like endorsements. At first glance, they are just copy and paste. "Tongxinyuan composition" Whether it is the cost of joining or the strength, I think it is the most suitable for me, and then I signed the contract. After signing the contract and paying 30,000 yuan, I was given an agent status, making it clear that there will be no other people around to make this brand again.

Site selection (May 4, 2016)

I didn't look for the address of this campus anymore, it was the one I opened before. Because it's not far away, it's diagonally opposite a school, and the children can get there when they leave the school. This distance is still very convenient. The area is 330 square meters, and the monthly rent is about 15,000 yuan.

Renovation (May 19, 2016)

The decoration of the room did not take much effort. My house itself was renovated without large-scale renovation. During the renovation period, the headquarters also sent someone to take a look at the situation and give suggestions. I changed the door according to the requirements of the headquarters, designed other places, and bought some 2 projectors and computer equipment that the children need to use in class. Anyway, these don't take much effort, and they don't cost much money. It's about 20,000 yuan to get it done.

Training (June 7, 2016)

After finishing the decoration, my two teachers and I participated in the training at the headquarters. Tell us how to take classes, like primary school education and junior high school teaching methods are definitely not the same, and also tell us how to prepare for classes and the like. It's quite detailed and a lot. We will have an assessment after the training. If you can't pass it, it's not a matter of continuing the training. It means that this person may not be suitable to be a teacher and will be arranged to other positions or fired according to your ability, because the content of the training is still very detailed, and if you can't pass it, it's a matter of personal ability..

Opening (June 23, 2016)

When we opened, we held an audition class. There were old customers of mine before, as well as many new customers who brought their children to the class. On the day of my opening, the headquarters also helped me promote it. There were a lot of people coming, and the effect was OK. Regarding the activities on the opening day, the headquarters also helped us plan one: buy a composition class and get one month of homework counseling. Now homework counseling costs a lot of money for a month, and parents have counted it. Our activities are actually quite cost-effective. Half of the parents who came to the audition on the opening day signed up, and many people came to sign up one after another.

Operation (June 19, 2020)

It has been 3 years since the opening of the business, and the number of my students is increasing every year, and the number is now almost 200. In fact, according to the normal development situation, 300 to 400 people can be achieved. But in 2017, because of some personal circumstances that occurred to me, the replacement of people to do the development was delayed. This year, we caught up with the epidemic again, and we have been somewhat affected. However, during the epidemic, the headquarters also did some activities to help us connect with parents and students, and exempted us from some management fees. In addition, our rent is also a suggestion from the headquarters. The headquarters made a plan for us, how do we tell the landlord, and then my rent was waived, which helped us reduce some of the pressure. It was a very real action.

Operation (June 23, 2020)

In fact, before the epidemic, the headquarters would have some activity plans every month, and there would be personnel who would contact us regularly to ask us what questions we had and help us solve them. And we will do some outdoor development activities to let the children have a long-term understanding. We don't need to do it. It saves a lot of worry, and the parents are also very satisfied. In addition, the headquarters has built a website for each of our branches. This is something I don't have in other brands. I think this is very good.

My current annual income has not been carefully calculated, but after throwing away the annual rent, car loan, mortgage, etc., it is no problem to fall into the hands of 100,000 tens of thousands. This year, although there is an epidemic, I think the number of students will increase this year. I am confident of this!
