The above are the main problems that institutions are prone to in the course of teaching and scheduling. These problems largely restrict the quality of the services provided by institutions to parents and students, and are not conducive to the better development of post-epidemic courses.

1. Sort out the course situation in advance
Check the teacher's free time; new class: check the teacher's time, ask the child's time, and find a free classroom; temporary class adjustment: recheck each child's time.

For students who have signed up but have not started classes on time, training institutions should make up classes in time. For new courses that are charged in advance, they should be developed and put on the shelves in time. Carefully compare the schedule of the course and make full use of each time period.
2. Use class scheduling tools well

With the rapid development of the Internet, many training institutions have adopted corresponding independent appointment systems, using technology to solve various manual course scheduling problems.

3. Reduce refund rate
In order to solve this problem, the organization must formulate reasonable policies and strategies. Of course, it is best to stop the parents before they ask for a refund. You can call your parents in advance to give them a sense of trust, and then screen out the shaken parents, communicate separately, stabilize the parents' mentality, and give them better service.
