Usually after a training institution has been operating for a period of time, it wants to increase its price due to rising prices, increased expenses or other reasons. How do you do it?
There are usually several ways to increase prices:
First, a fixed time
There will be fixed price increases at a certain time of year. For example, on New Year's Day every year, many companies will choose to increase prices on New Year's Day. The reason is that the price increases during the peak holiday passenger flow are reasonable, and students or consumers complain less.
Second, the price increase is fixed
The annual price increase should be roughly the same. For example, the annual price increase should be maintained at 10%. If a large price increase is required for other reasons, then it is necessary to make a sufficient ideological preparation, because the large price increase will definitely refund a bunch of students and potential customers.
Third, notify in advance
Sufficient time should be allowed for warm-up before the price increase, so as to give parents a longer psychological adaptation process.
Fourth, leave a certain grace period
Set a certain grace period for a certain period of time after the price increase, but there is no need to publicize it. Some parents can renew their fees at the original old price, because increasing the renewal rate is more important than the price increase, otherwise the parents of these old students will be persuaded to withdraw.
There are various operations for price increases, but the price increase plans in various places are different. The above four methods need to be tried, and then the price increase can be optimized in order to balance the renewal rate and the price increase.
