Training institutions only consider three aspects of recruiting people: money, emotion, and development space.
1. Salary:
The amount of salary is definitely the first element. One of the two training institutions is 3,000/month and the other is 4,000/month. The teacher must not hesitate to consider the job of 4,000.
Therefore, it is necessary to formulate a set of salary standards, preferably slightly higher than the salary standards of other industries. For example, the salary during the internship period, the salary with experience during the internship period, and the proportion of performance commission.
The salary of any training industry is an organization with performance + class time + base salary.
2. Emotion:
Teachers are the core competitiveness of training institutions. Training institutions should establish a people-oriented management philosophy, respect the wishes and needs of teachers, and maintain mutual relationships through emotional exchanges. However, some training institutions are too eager to make quick gains, only considering enrollment and profitability, and ignoring the emotional needs of teachers.
If teachers do not get the respect and recognition they deserve, lack a sense of belonging and accomplishment, the role of money in it will be greatly reduced, which is the key reason why high salaries cannot retain talents.
Although teachers are a sacred profession, teachers are also mortals. They use feelings as the entry point and impress teachers through emotional resonance. This kind of persistence is sometimes unmatched by money.
3. Space for development:
More than 60% of young teachers change jobs for more growth opportunities.
Therefore, training institutions should consider providing teachers with broad development space and promotion channels to ensure that every teacher has promotion opportunities. Let teachers understand what kind of goals can be achieved in the short term through their own efforts, and how far they can develop in the next three to five years, so that teachers and training institutions can grow and make progress together.
