In the field of production and technology, this training method is often called an apprenticeship system; in the field of business, it is called an internship system.
Purpose: The purpose of on-the-job training is to enable employees to master new technologies and methods through continuous learning, so as to achieve new work goals.
(3) Resignation training
Concept: On-the-job training refers to letting employees leave for a period of time and focusing on some off-the-job training.
The most common exit training methods include (1) classroom teaching, (2) video teaching, and (3) Simulation exercises.
① Classroom teaching: it is more suitable for instilling some special information and knowledge in employees, which can effectively improve employees' understanding of management and technology.;
