Professional qualifications

It is the basic requirement of knowledge, technology and ability necessary to engage in a certain occupation.

The implementation of the national vocational qualification certificate system is to implement access control for complex technical occupations that involve state property, the safety of people's lives and property, and the interests of consumers. 

Simply put, employers are not allowed to recruit job seekers with national vocational qualifications without vocational skills training, and employment agencies are not allowed to introduce them. 

Vocational qualifications shall be evaluated by the labor and personnel administrative department of the State Council through academic qualification appraisal, qualification examination, expert appraisal, vocational skills appraisal, etc., and national vocational qualification certificates shall be awarded.

Professional qualifications include professional qualifications and practice qualifications. 

Professional qualification refers to the starting point standard for knowledge, technology and ability to engage in a certain major (type of work) through academic qualification or examination. 

Practicing qualification refers to the government's implementation of access control for certain majors (types of work) with high responsibilities, strong social universality, and related to the public interest. The necessary standards for independently opening a business in accordance with the law or engaging in specific majors (types of work) knowledge, skills, and abilities are obtained through examination methods. 

Vocational training

It is an educational and training activity designed to meet the needs of economic and social development, and requires employed and on-the-job workers to cultivate and improve their quality and professional abilities.

Its meaning:

①new labor resource development activities based on workers as a specific object；

② It is targeted training that directly meets the specific needs of socio-economic development；

③It is usually standardized training in accordance with national occupational classification and vocational skills standards.
