2 Register and log in

3 Search for training institutions

After clicking to enter the organization's homepage, it will display the organization's name, address, telephone number, organization profile, curriculum, teachers, running conditions and other off-campus training organization information.
4 Purchase course
View the course. By clicking on the course, you can view the basic information such as the course name, tuition fee, class time, course classification, maximum number of applicants, class start time, and training method.
Purchase courses. After finding a suitable course, click “Full payment” to purchase the course, and the following interface will appear. Parents can choose how to purchase classes.
The platform provides four ways to purchase courses: one isPurchase class at current price, That is, the course is purchased at the original price; the second isOther discount prices, That is, after consultation between parents and the institution, the institution will modify the price on the off-campus supervision platform in Sichuan Province, and the parents will purchase classes after confirmation; third,Inter-class purchase, That is, the student enters the class that has already started, and the price is negotiated and confirmed by the parents and the institution before purchasing the class. Four isPartial course purchase, That is, parents negotiate with training institutions to purchase some courses for experience based on the actual situation.Parents choose their own way of purchasing classes according to their own needs.
After the organization confirms the price, in “My”-“My Order”, parents can see the final negotiated price. Click continue to pay. After the payment is successful, the fee will be entered into the supervisory account opened by the institution in the bank.
5 Sign a contract
After purchasing the course, click “My”-“My Contract”-“Go to sign the contract”, enter relevant information such as parents, and sign the contract. Parents can also apply to the training institution offline to sign a paper version of the service contract, and ensure that it is in duplicate.
6 Confirm the sales class
After the training, the organization will initiate a sales class, and parents will receive the sales information initiated by the organization in the “My”-“Sales Confirmation Form”. By checking the class sales order, you can view the specific class sales amount, the number of normal class sessions, the number of leave sessions, the number of absenteeism sessions, the number of make-up sessions, etc. Parents choose to refuse or confirm the cancellation of classes according to the actual situation.
Refuse to cancel classes: initiate a complaint and fill in the reasons for the complaint.
Confirm the cancellation of classes: The amount of this cancellation will be transferred from the supervisory account to the general account opened by the institution.

Refund
In “My”-“My Order”, parents can view the orders that have been successfully paid, and parents can initiate a refund application for the order. After applying for a refund, after consultation and agreement between the two parties, the training institution will refund the class fee (balance) to the parents through the implementation of the refund procedure.
Special reminder
In the future, parents will no longer directly pay the training fees to the training institutions, but will uniformly scan the code to pay the training fees to the supervision account for management. When the institution finishes a class and the parents confirm the cancellation of the class on the consumer side, the corresponding class fee will be transferred to the settlement account of the training institution to achieve “one lesson and one sale”, to maximize the security of parents' advance payment funds. If parents are not satisfied with the training effect and service quality, the remaining class fees can be refunded through the platform.
